Kits contain one each: Insulator (1), #4 Shoulder Washer (2), #4 Flat Washer (3), #4-40 UNC-2B Hex Nut (4), #4-40 UNC-2A × 1⁄2" Long Phillips Pan Head Screw (5) and #4 Lockwasher (6).
